<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>

<p>We are looking for an innovative Civil Engineer Fresher to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p>Assist in project planning and execution</p>

<p>Prepare CAD drawings & structural designs</p>

<p>Conduct site visits and quality checks</p>

<p>Support cost estimation & material procurement</p>

<p>Ensure compliance with safety & industry standards</p>

<p>Researching and providing estimates for projects.</p>

<p>Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.</p>

<p>Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.</p>

<p>Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).</p>
 

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<p>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering</p>

<p>Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or Revit</p>

<p>Strong analytical & problem-solving skills</p>

<p>Project management and supervision skills</p>

<p>Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time<br />
