	<li>Proficiency in front end development web programming languages such as HTML 5, CSS 3, JAVAscript, Bootstrap and another designing platform.</li>
	<li>Proficiency in visual design tool such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, CoreldrawX6 and Adobe illustrator will be added advantage but not mandatory</li>
	<li>Should have knowledge in Digital marketing and SEO</li>
	<li>Develop illustrations, templates for mailers and websites, and other marketing collaterals using the design software.</li>
	<li>Good understanding of front-end optimization techniques, cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design.</li>
	<li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.</li>
</ul>
