	<li>Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.</li>
	<li>2+ years of experience in property acquisition, portfolio management, or real estate.</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of legal processes related to property management and acquisitions.</li>
	<li>Proven ability to manage big-ticket deals and negotiate with senior stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Excellent analytical skills with a knack for numbers and financial optimization.</li>
	<li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.</li>
	<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>
