	<li>Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy across various channels including SEO, website management, social media marketing, performance marketing, and influencer marketing.</li>
	<li>Manage and optimize website content and user experience to improve conversion rates and audience engagement.</li>
	<li>Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation.</li>
	<li>Manage and track performance marketing campaigns (PPC, affiliate marketing) to maximize ROI.</li>
	<li>Identify and partner with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.</li>
	<li>Oversee all aspects of digital marketing execution, including budget allocation, campaign performance measurement, and reporting.</li>
	<li>Lead and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless digital marketing program execution.</li>
	<li>Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and implement innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>4-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in FMCG, FMEG/D2C, digital agencies, or premium brands with a strong digital footprint.</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of SEO principles, website management best practices, and social media marketing tactics.</li>
	<li>Experience with performance marketing campaigns (PPC, affiliate marketing) and influencer marketing is a plus.</li>
	<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track marketing campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.</li>
	<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).</li>
	<li>Active social media presence showcasing your digital marketing knowledge and engagement.</li>
	<li>Very proficient in written and verbal English communication.</li>
