<ul>
	<li>Factory manager for RCC Products factory - RCC Pipes, BoX Culvert, RE Blocks, Paver Blocks and U Drains</li>
	<li>Allocation / Distribution of activities among subordinates.</li>
	<li>Maintain records in consultation with store both for raw material and production.</li>
	<li>Monitoring availability and utilization of equipment</li>
	<li>Ensure safety, security and general upkeep of factory.</li>
	<li>Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of all equipment.</li>
	<li>Planning and control of spares procurement, consumption, stock and obsolescence.</li>
	<li>Planning and control of manpower requirement</li>
	<li>Ensure all procedures, laid down by Management are being implemented and adhered to.</li>
	<li>Ensure all reports needed by the system are prepared and submitted to concerned in time.</li>
	<li>BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engg / Civil Engg with relevant experience</li>
