<p><strong>We are looking for a talented Fashion Designer cum Stylist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will design and create custom outfits, manage client relationships, handle consultations, and contribute to the studios overall styling direction. You will also manage social media content and trends while overseeing the production process for each design.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Designing & Client Consultation:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Custom Design Creation:</strong> Design and create custom-made outfits, focusing on fashion design, embroidery, fitting, textiles, and other elements of garment construction.</li>
	<li><strong>Client Interaction:</strong> Work closely with clients to understand their style preferences, requirements, and specific occasion needs. Guide them in fabric selection and design choices.</li>
	<li><strong>Fittings & Adjustments:</strong> Ensure designs meet client specifications and make necessary adjustments during fittings to guarantee the perfect fit and comfort.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Creative Direction & Trend Research:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Trend Forecasting:</strong> Conduct research on ongoing and upcoming fashion trends. Develop and incorporate new styles into designs to keep up with market demands.</li>
	<li><strong>Innovation in Design:</strong> Bring innovative ideas to life, experimenting with fabrics, styles, and techniques to create standout designs.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Operational & Social Media Management:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Social Media & Brand Promotion:</strong> Manage and create content for social media platforms to promote the brand, showcase designs, and engage with potential clients.</li>
	<li><strong>Order Management:</strong> Process and manage orders, ensuring that designs are delivered to the manufacturing unit and completed to the highest quality standards.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Skills & Personal Qualities</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Design Expertise:</strong> Strong skills in embroidery, fashion design, garment fitting, and fabric selection.</li>
	<li><strong>Creativity:</strong> A keen sense of creativity to transform ideas into unique and fashionable designs.</li>
	<li><strong>Menswear Knowledge:</strong> A solid understanding of menswear fashion, fabrics, and trends.</li>
	<li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Exceptional attention to detail in every aspect of design, fitting, and quality assurance.</li>
	<li><strong>Trend Analysis:</strong> Strong ability to analyze trends and forecast upcoming styles to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.</li>
	<li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Familiarity with Project Management (PM) and Garment Construction (GC) for efficient design processing.</li>
	<li><strong>Communication & Interpersonal Skills:</strong> Excellent communication skills for client interactions, consultations, and team collaboration.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Education:</strong> Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a relevant field.</li>
	<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Experience in a fashion studio or similar design environment is preferred.</li>
	<li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong embroidery, design, and fitting skills; knowledge of textiles and fabric selection; passion for fashion and staying updated with industry trends.</li>
