<body><strong>KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br />
 
<p>Work with the team to support various activities in the credit risk value chain for a<br />
portfolio of corporates<br />
• Supporting in surveillance of portfolios and preparation of event notes<br />
• Supporting the team in MIS reporting activities<br />
• Supporting in preparing credit reports and financial models based on fundamental<br />
analysis for a set of assigned credits/companies<br />
• The candidate may have to undertake the below credit assessment activities:<br />
o Undertaking research and analysis of an entity through thorough assessment<br />
of its credit strengths and weakness and weighing its business and financial<br />
risk profile.<br />
o Preparing sections of credit assessment report and elaborately discuss the<br />
company profile and credit risk considerations.<br />
o Preparing and updating detailed financial spreads/models encompassing<br />
financial analysis, capital structure analysis, calculation of key credit quality<br />
determinants and financial projections (upto 7 years).<br />
o Determine and recommend ratings to the entity based on the internal rating<br />
framework and methodology.<br />
o Final collation of credit memos<br />
• Support the team with any ad-hoc research requests including sector research</p>

<p><strong>FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE</strong><br />
• Good understanding of financial concepts, calculation of key credit metrics and<br />
capital ratios<br />
• Good knowhow of accounting aspects<br />
• Reasonable understanding of credit</p>

<p><strong>MINIMUM & PREFERRED EDUCATION</strong><br />
• Pursuing Graduation</p>

<p><strong>MINIMUM & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS</strong><br />
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy; Diligence and hard work<br />
• Organization skills and the ability to manage and prioritize workload<br />
• Good understanding of MS office products</p>
