Responsibilities and Duties<br />
To be a part of a team which creates and implements a marketing strategy, which includes:<br />
• Handing all social media pages and strategy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, Facebook Adverts, Instagram Adverts, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics) etc.<br />
• Search Engine Optimization.<br />
• Leveraging food and lifestyle bloggers to spread the word about the company in general/new products.<br />
• Offline marketing avenues: § Kiosks at malls, cinemas, corporates offices, § Offline events: Lil Flea; Stylecracker Borough etc. § Working with nutritionists<br />
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)<br />
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies<br />
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share<br />
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness<br />
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives<br />
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department<br />
• Set, monitor and report on team goals<br />

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications<br />
• Possess satisfactory oral communication, people interaction & negotiation skills.<br />
• Have an interest in the retail and wholesale or Fmcg landscape in India.<br />
• Analytical thinking & skills.<br />
• Understanding of Basic Computer concepts like Excel, Word etc.<br />
• Have the affinity & willingness to learn.<br />
• Bsc or Msc in Marketing or relevant field.</body>
