<p>Responsible for preparing and managing budgets, cost control, and financial analysis for infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in subcontractor management, reviewing work orders, purchase orders, and ensuring financial efficiency in procurement and contracting processes.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Budgeting & Cost Management:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Develop and manage <strong>project budgets</strong>, ensuring alignment with overall financial plans.</li>
	<li>Monitor <strong>cost variances</strong> and recommend corrective actions to control project expenses.</li>
	<li>Provide <strong>cost projections</strong> and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.</li>
	<li>Work closely with project teams to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Subcontractor Management:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Evaluate and negotiate <strong>subcontractor agreements</strong> to optimize cost and efficiency.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with contractual terms, including <strong>scope, timelines, and payment milestones</strong>.</li>
	<li>Analyze subcontractor performance and recommend improvements or cost-saving measures.</li>
	<li>Resolve disputes and claims with subcontractors while ensuring project continuity.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Work Order & Purchase Order Review:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Review and approve <strong>work orders (WO)</strong> and <strong>purchase orders (PO)</strong> to ensure cost-effectiveness.</li>
	<li>Verify <strong>quantities, specifications, and rates</strong> before issuing POs.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for smooth processing of orders.</li>
	<li>Monitor <strong>vendor payments</strong> and ensure compliance with contractual terms.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Vendor Costing:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Evaluate supplier pricing and <strong>contracts</strong> to achieve cost savings.</li>
	<li>Monitor <strong>material procurement costs</strong>, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.</li>
	<li>Implement strategies to optimize procurement costs while maintaining project quality.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Financial Reporting & Analysis:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Prepare <strong>cost analysis reports, project profitability reports</strong>, and variance reports.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate records of project costs, payments, and commitments.</li>
	<li>Conduct <strong>risk analysis</strong> to identify potential cost overruns and recommend mitigation measures.</li>
	<li>Present cost insights and recommendations to senior management.</li>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Education:</strong> B.Tech/ M. Tech- Civil</li>
	<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 12 to 20 years of experience in budgeting, costing, and contract management in the <strong>infrastructure, construction, or EPC</strong> industry.</li>
	<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>SAP / ERP systems</strong> related to cost control and procurement.</li>
	<li>Expertise in <strong>contract negotiation, cost analysis, and project financial management</strong>.</li>
	<li>Experience in <strong>vendor and subcontractor management</strong>.</li>
