	<li><strong>Compliance and Audits:</strong>Ensure that all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to standards.</li>
	<li><strong>Training and Support:</strong>Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.</li>
	<li><strong>Issue Resolution:</strong>Address and resolve any issues that arise with procedures, tools, or people to ensure expected process outcomes.</li>
	<li><strong>Vendor Coordination:</strong>Coordinate with vendors, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.</li>
	<li><strong>Project Management:</strong>Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.</li>
