<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

	<li>Develop and implement <strong>effective recruitment strategies</strong> to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various industries.</li>
	<li>Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring <strong>efficient workflow management and performance optimization.</strong></li>
	<li>Partner with clients to <strong>understand their hiring needs</strong>, provide strategic insights, and deliver customized recruitment solutions.</li>
	<li>Oversee the <strong>end-to-end recruitment lifecycle</strong>, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.</li>
	<li>Build and maintain a <strong>strong talent pipeline</strong> through proactive sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices</strong> in all hiring processes.</li>
	<li>Leverage <strong>technology and data analytics</strong> to track hiring metrics, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.</li>
	<li>Foster relationships with <strong>external stakeholders</strong>, such as job boards, universities, and industry professionals, to strengthen employer branding.</li>
	<li>Drive <strong>continuous improvement initiatives</strong> to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in <strong>recruitment and talent acquisition</strong>, preferably in an <strong>HR consultancy or staffing firm.</strong></li>
	<li>Proven ability to <strong>manage high-volume hiring</strong> while ensuring quality and efficiency.</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of <strong>sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies, and market trends.</strong></li>
	<li>Excellent <strong>leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</strong></li>
	<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics tools.</strong></li>
	<li>Ability to work in a <strong>fast-paced, target-driven environment</strong> with a results-oriented approach.</li>
