<p>We are looking for a dedicated and experienced <strong>Safety Trainer</strong> to join our team on a full-time basis in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive safety training programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Develop and conduct safety training sessions for employees at all levels.</li>
	<li>Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and handouts, tailored to organizational needs.</li>
	<li>Ensure training programs comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.</li>
	<li>Conduct risk assessments and identify areas where safety training is required.</li>
	<li>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee progress.</li>
	<li>Stay updated on industry safety standards, regulations, and best practices.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety.</li>
	<li>Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>NEBOSH certification</strong> or <strong>Level 6 qualification</strong> in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.</li>
	<li>Minimum of <strong>4 years of experience</strong> in safety training or a similar role.</li>
	<li>Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.</li>
	<li>Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
	<li>Proficiency in developing training materials and using training tools/software.</li>
	<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.</li>
	<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
