	<li><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience in layout, colour, lighting, material selection, custom furniture and all installations.</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Ultra modern designing pattern in line with International Standards.</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Preparing the detailed BOQ cum Quotation for the projects.</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Prepare models/ designs/ layout of the project and ensure the design is finalized before handing over to execution.</span></span></li>

	<li><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;">The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others, influencing external and internal stakeholders.</span></span></li>
