<p>Role overview: We are seeking experienced SMM to join our team in Dehradun. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, boost brand awareness, and meet our clients' business objectives.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />
- Collaborate with clients to understand their core product/service, target audience, market trends, and business objectives<br />
- Plan and execute comprehensive social media campaigns on a monthly basis, aligned with clients' business goals<br />
- Develop forward-thinking ideas that incorporate current media trends, client personality, and business objectives<br />
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise creative communication strategies to achieve them<br />
- Guide and collaborate with Graphic Designers and photographers to ensure brand consistency<br />
- Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging team members to share innovative ideas<br />
- Edit and fact-check content generated by colleagues, providing constructive feedback when necessary<br />
- Encourage clients to adopt fresh and exciting ideas that drive social media success</p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br />
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency<br />
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns<br />
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube<br />
- Excellent communication, creative, and problem-solving skills<br />
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, designers, and photographers<br />
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly<br />
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</p>
