<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>
 

<p>A Tableau Certification Trainer is responsible for delivering virtual training to online students and creating, updating and maintaining training materials.</p>
 

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
 

<p>Deliver virtual training to a variety of technical audiences of various experience levels</p>

<p>Provide support for course development efforts, including product research, providing subject matter expertise, and training content review</p>

<p>Create, update and maintain teaching material and lab exercises, both from student evaluations and from other sources of feedback</p>

<p>Assist with updates for curricula, syllabus, and other collateral</p>

<p>Involvement and responsibility over aspects of the training process</p>

<p>Help students to get certified in Tableau.</p>

<p>Create real world, relevant training scenarios based on knowledge and experience absorbed over time</p>

<p>Adjust, customize and deliver training based on the audience level of expertise</p>

<p>Development of corporate-class training material meant for delivery, as well as on-going updates of existing training material and supplementary technical documentation</p>

<p>Planning and managing advanced training sessions</p>

<p>Help create, test, and review new and existing courseware</p>

<p>Produce and deliver a Training Plan and continue to update as necessary</p>

<p>Provide buildout, system administration, and technical upkeep of the training systems</p>

<ul>
	<li>Provide and instruct realistic training scenarios and objectives</li>
	<li>Curriculum should be based on certifications , as trainers focus should be on certifications only</li>
	<li>Trainers should be more focused on certifying the candidates, Trainers have to prepare the curriculum & syllabus.</li>
</ul>
 

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
 

<p>Relevant certification ( Tableau Desktop )</p>

<p>Experience in Tableau Training</p>

<p>Experienced with virtual classroom training tools such as WebEx, Zoom, etc.</p>

<p>A strong belief and understanding of being a team player in a remote working environment</p>

<p>Fluent in English and comfortable presenting in English</p>

<p>Perks and Benefits-;</p>
 

<p><strong>Timing-</strong>: In night (2.5-3 hrs.) after 10-10:30 pm onwards for 2.5 hrs.</p>
 

<p><strong>Budget:</strong> 5.40 LPA- 6.60 LPA</p>
