As an Air Ticketing Executive, you will manage domestic and international flight bookings for clients. Your role includes understanding customer requirements, issuing tickets, managing cancellations or rescheduling, and providing top-notch support to ensure smooth travel arrangements.<br />
 
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

<ul>
	<li>Handle inquiries for domestic and international flight bookings.</li>
	<li>Issue, modify, and cancel tickets through GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or airline portals.</li>
	<li>Assist clients in selecting flights based on their schedule and budget.</li>
	<li>Ensure accuracy in booking details such as passenger names, travel dates, and flight itineraries.</li>
	<li>Provide guidance on baggage policies, airline regulations, and travel requirements.</li>
	<li>Handle refunds and rescheduling requests efficiently.</li>
	<li>Stay updated with airline policies, fare changes, and promotions.</li>
	<li>Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any issues or concerns.</li>
</ul>

<p>Pay: ?16,500.00 - ?49,311.05 per month</p>
