 To manage operations and acheive pre-defined targets- Manage clients & stakeholders- Drive Governance Meetings- Business growth & Maximising revenues- Cost optimization- Lead Transformation initiatives Knowledge/Experience:- 7- 10 years of operational experience in Trade Finance (LC, Collections, Gurantees/SBLC) with at least 5/6 year experience in similar profile- Experience in Leadership role- English Language Proficiency- Client & stakeholder management Competencies/Skills:1) Consistency in experience2) Should be able to demonstrate leadership skills3) Should be open to staggered working hours4) Good communication skills5) Positive attitude6) Should have lead Trade Finance team of atleast 4- 5 Direct Reports and total strength of 20-25, for atleast 2 years and should be willing to work in teams7) Trade experience with specialisation in Trade Products/ ICC guidelines8) CDCS qualification an advantage9) Sound Accounting knowledge10) Having worked for either a Financial BPO or a bank, as last experience for a minumum period of 4-5 years, would be an advantage 11) Should be open to any shifts / Saturday/Sunday working - Shift starts at 2am IST (Australia Shift) Qualifications:Graduation / Post Graduation from recognized University; Trade all products & CDCS Certification will be an added advantage Essential:Knowledge of MS Office, English Language Proficiency Desirable:Experience with Banks/NBFCs/BPO Key Responsibilities:1. Review progress of projects along with Delivery ManagerB9:B14th respect to issues3. Attrition management & Team Motivation4. Constantly look out for strategies and avenues of cost improvements5. Drive innovation/Idea mining and encourage team to build more vigour towards innovation6. Drive towards Transformation Projects leading to cost/ productivity benefit to the clients7. Maintain Customer Satisfaction levels8. Customer connect through Monthly Business review.9. Periodical visits to client locations and review10. Revenue Maximization and cost reduction.11. Risk review of the unit12. Business planning and Forecasting13. Conduct Employee Satisfaction survey on a bi- annual basis</body>
