<p>- Conceptualize creative website ideas in collaboration with clients and teams.</p>

<p>- Test and improve website designs for enhanced user experience.</p>

<p>- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.</p>

<p>- Maintain the visual appeal of websites by ensuring content and branding consistency.</p>

<p>- Design visual elements, graphics, and layouts that align with brand identity.</p>

<p>- Work with various Content Management Systems (CMS), especially WordPress, to build and manage websites.</p>

<p>- Develop user flows, wireframes, site maps, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.</p>

<p>- Integrate functionalities and features into websites for a seamless experience.</p>

<p>- Design sample pages with a focus on typography, colors, and layout aesthetics.</p>

<p>- Prepare and present website structure and design plans to stakeholders.</p>
 

<p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p>
 

<p>- A diploma or degree in Web Design, IT, or a related field.</p>

<p>- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Bootstrap.</p>

<p>- Must have hands-on experience with WordPress.</p>

<p>- Good knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.</p>

<p>- Excellent visual design and UI/UX skills.</p>

<p>- Familiarity with international web protocols, standards, and accessibility guidelines.</p>

<p>- Creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new design trends and technologies.</p>
